UTAN Ban Manager v1.02

What's new?
The UTAN ban manager's most important new feature in version 1.02 is the incremental ban list update. This means less traffic for you and for us. A nice side effect of this new feature is that the ban list can now be updated any time the Ban Manager connects to the UTAN server, not only at map startup.
