Packages worth checking ?
Lo. Just installed Qval for Linux and was wondering if there are more packages than the default ones +Pure7E to check wich
a) may be used for some bots/radars whatever and
b) dont exist in different versions bcos of OS/Patches/GOTY ?

There's only one version of botpack so you can check that file, checking Engine might not be a good idea, dunno about UMenu/UWindow. The most recent version of LeagueAS is LeagueAS136Public

Thx for the Input....So far ive added Pure and Botpack, all other stuff mentioned isnt running on our server or might have different versions (think i remember umenu/uwindow to have different versions).

ahem theres 2 versions of botpack gotye and standard there different so dunno about checking .
as a side note with qval if your server runs 451 patch or any others then the clients must also use same version as is present on the server or they will be falsley accused of having hacked botpack .same for uwindow and other files that get changed with the patches

jamaica only if the servers are checking botpack or any other file that gets changed with the patches. normal setup of just checking utpure and qval it`s self will be fine.

I have UT v451 GOTY and I can connect on my UT v451 non-GOTY server. All other clients (both v436 goty and v436 non-goty) don't seem to have any problems either

anthrax iv discussed this with profq many times in the past and still qvalidate does not support multiple checking of different versions of the same file name. so u cannot check botpack with qvalidate as each patch from utpg changes the botpack.u md5 checksum. example 436 and 451 botpack`s are not the same, hence why they get replaced with a new version. gotye is also different from the standard 436 botpack. you must have wondered when old elflite bot had too patcheres 1 for normal and one for gotye botpack.. there different and have different md5`s.
as i stated in last post if you leave qvalidate as it is so it checks itself and pure everything will be ok.

Hmm, I wouldn't fret too much about botpack as I haven't seen it used in recent hacks. It's usually the cheat protection or zp files that are tampered with so just check those as well as qv.

UTPure stops the hacks that utilize a altered Botpack. So no need to check botpack in the first place if you ensure UTPure is not tampered with. Nuff is correct, there are multiple legitimate crc versions of botpack.
