Following the problems with the forum (and life simply catching up), Suck decided to halt development of NBSP. He has offered to hand over the project to some trustworthy person but, so far, no news on that front.

Oh well, i just hope this trustworthy person will surprise us all with his work, i can't wait to see his work and the joy on my own face when all hooks / bots / hacks are taken out and we can all enjoy a fair game of UT

I am very interested in NBSP as well, because we can't use Pure, it conflicts with our Pro sniper rifle, so we are looking for an effective anticheat for UT99.
I really hope someone takes up this project soon.  |

It is fully possible to use both NBSP togheter with for example UTDC, but that generates quite some initial lag.
Where NBSP ended UTDC picks up pretty much as UTDC primary targets the external bots NBSP was hunting pretty much every UScripted there ever was. Keep in mind tho that UTDC also manages to stop alot of them by CRC checking the UTPure which 95% of the previous hacks depended on having hacked versions of. But NBSP sure has it's very nice sides aswell. A project I'm really missing tbh  |

ok i heard that nbsp 1.08b is out there somewhere has anyone got it or got a link to downlaod it  , i had problems with nbsp 1.07 and valavater i think it was with valatar, it didnt want to let anyone get in kept telling everyone that had cheat, i have valavatar on the server and thats why i wanna try 1.08b or if it exist 1.08.

1.07 is the latest release. There was 1.08 but it was never released, and it didn't had any new code, it was just a rewrite of 1.07 to make it a litle faster (if i'm not mistaking)

Version 1.08b was not a little faster, but much much faster and it had many bugs fixed, I wonder why it hasn't been publicly released, well maybe I know - it had a hook detection method removed.

Is there another aimbot killa as good as nbsp?? cause as far as i know nbsp is great on aimbots and utdc is great on hooks so i wanna have them both but if theres another one as good as nbsp can u tell me please thnx.

That's a timeout, I think. Somewhere in the ini you can change the time it takes to timeout, check that, and keep an eye on this space in case I'm way off base, but I think that's what it is.
(would someone please start redoing NBSP? UTDC is great, but really, there re way too many false positives, and little or no support. God knows how many people are getting away with stuff on servers with utdc on them)

Tek: add EffiV2 as an allowed package, to the list. Just use 0, 0, 0, 0 for the values, thats only usefull if you have restrictpackages=on.
