Server regions

Has the following bug/feature request been addressed yet? Regarding the problem with not being able to select more than 1 server region. I live in the USA and people play on my server from the East to the West coast and I would really like to cover all of those regions, without having to include Europe. No offense to Europe at all, but I don't think I should be forced to include it.
