UT3 Linux Server Not on List(fixed)then not connect because behind router(fixed)
I would like to share with you guys my issues. I've read over the forums but this info didn't popout

First-Not on list

Reason it was not on list is because you must have a separate profile for the server aka register the server. You can make one up using the Client and click on create profile. The new username and password is what you will need to put in the server command. Solved issue.
(make sure you have ?bServerAdvertise=True also)

Second-Will not connect because behind router
When the server is launched it looks at the host file of the server and take that IP address. I changed the host file under /etc/hosts and changed the internal IP address to the external IP address.
Old
192.168.1.1 YourServerName
New
206.83.242.242 YourServerName
I'm assuming the server takes the address from there and hands it off to the master server.
I'm going out on a limb and say that you might be able to change the windows host file to correct this issue also.

BTW, you are a genius; your hosts trick works under win32 also

also you have a typo in your post... it's bShouldAdvertise=true not bserverAdvertise=true

Sorry - no - doesn't work under Windows - I was a muppet and still had vpn connected when I tested
