Looking at that 3d analyse, its basicly a cheat anyway, you can turn off textures or force wireframe mode. (in response to a post on the previous page)

Wireframe mode does sound like a cheat indeed. It allows you to see to clearly see other players and ammo from very long distances.

Back on topic I read where there would be no way for the users to filter out what servers would be ignoring the bans but I hope there is still a way to check if the bans are ignored or not once you visit the server.
Sure I understand that they don't want cheaters targetting servers that ignore the bans but us honest players would like to stay away from those servers that ignore the bans.

Silly me...I keep forgetting that so many in communities like this have to look for some sorta drama. 
In case you really are interested though I prefer to play on servers that appear to be well maintained by an admin looking out for its players. Utilizing this utan ban list feature would be one of the things I would look for and I would like to provide that feature to players on servers I admin so they know they can trust I'm doing whatever I can to ensure a cheatfree environment.
