Sometimes, when I'm playing on my servers at home, UniversalUnreal seems to load twice. It gives the message (You have been logged in to the LSN Network universe) twice, and the Universal Messaging tab appears twice in NexGen. This is quite sporadic, sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't.
