HumiliationV2 & V3
Well I got this idea from the disgraced mod and thought that adding translocator to the message system would be cool. I did make a few changes to the code and sounds so to adapt the T-Loc. I'm a noob at code so any bugs please report.
Brief description:
HumiliationV2 is a general mutator for UnrealTournament that adds new messages when a kill occurs with the Impact Hammer or Translocator. Humiliation displays a message much like the headshot message that occurs with a sniper rifle or ripper. This mutator is designed to encourage the use of the impact hammer and translocator through both positive/negative reinforcement. You are rewarded with praise for fragging opponents with the hammer or translocator, and ridiculed if you are fragged by one.
There are various messages based on the number of kills a player makes with
the hammer or t-loc with out dying. Once the player dies, his counter gets reset. Each "level" has different messages.
a) 1-4 kills Humiliation
b) 5-6 kills MadMan
c) 7+ kills Holys**t
It is not necessary for a player to make the hammer or t-loc kills all in a row. A player can switch between weapons, but only hammer or t-loc kills are used for messaging purposes. This mutation does not effect game play. It only enhances the experience by degrading your opponent and stroking your ego.
Special thanks goes out to "bubba" for coding the original disgraced mutator from which this code was derived from. I tried to contact bubba but never heard back. Hope you all enjoy this.

Version 3 has some access none fixes thanks to gopostal.

It makes my day when my clients laugh and enjoy themselves while playing. I clearly think its more fun to play on a server that has humor involved.

No biggy. I was stumped for awhile on how to get it to work and read some code that made it easy for me to adjust. Glad you enjoy it cause my DM guys love it.

is there a mod that gives a doublekill after you've been killed, but you respawned just in time to get the double kill?
this must be fun too - it's Q3 humiliation sound i suppose? that sounds cool

Never put much thought into that but I'll look into it if requested. I'm still fairly noobish to coding but sure it wouldn't take me too long to figure it out. Keep in ming gopostal helped me fix the access none issues.

i woulve added an ini setting to change the sound, and probably not too hard to make it apply to all teleport killings, which would be useful for other game modes like rocket arena, instagib, sniper. can't promise there would be no access none errors though
