Do I need to open any local ports with this? I saw many bind port failures. I'm running a few things on the server: httpd, bind, sendmail, dovecot etc...
I just tested both paths manually in my browser and I can see they are correct.

OK. It seems that I had installed the 1.2 original version on my server. I've just upped to 1.6 and it seems OK now.

You might consider your own local host for an ip2c server. Setup is pretty simple and if you didn't share the address it wouldn't impact your server very much at all.

ServerPackages=CountryFlags2
there is archive file 1.6 who don't have it in the tuto

Final test.
With utserver436final and other ones.
Test under 436 440 451b.
Work fine with 228 packages ( not test more).
As soon as I set iptocountry all configuration crash ucc.exe.
If i remove for be to 55 it's ok.
Is a coder can have a regard for correct this bug ?
