Just looking at the logs and a guess it may be using the wrong adapter. It is binding to the RAS (Dial In) Interface (192.168.100.200) and not the Network adapter (192.168.100.3).

I've given the new version a test run. Found a couple of issues:

1) The autoconfig package is still only adding the first 32 packages, so for now I'm still using the version I compiled.

2) I think I've managed to confirm that the clientside crashing bug with NW3 was caused by the NW precaching interacting with the ACE checking (needs a little more testing, but so far it's worked with no problems after this workaround).
It takes around 10 seconds for ACE to verify me, and if I set the NW precache delay to 15 seconds (up from the default of 3) then I don't get the crash since the windows don't overlap.
Obviously this is quite fragile, since it's based on timings on my machine. If a player takes longer to get through the ACE checks and the NW precaching starts before the checks finish, they're susceptible to the crash. And setting the delay too high means that the player will freeze up for a few seconds for the precache while they're actually trying to play. When I set the precache time back to 3 seconds but set the ACE InitialCheckLinger to 10 seconds it also seems to work without crashing.
The actual precaching is done with this function in NWCoreVIII.NWReplacer:

No, it's actually listening on all adapters... 192.168.100.200 is just the one it will send players to that connect over the LAN network. This is not ideal, the 192.168.100.3 is a better adapter to accept LAN connections. I've fixed this locally and will be able to upload the fix without changing the ACE version number.

That being said, this is probably not the cause of the timeouts... Everything in your log seems to indicate a routing/port forwarding issue. Can you double check if v1.0b does work?

To me, it looks like connections to 74.196.214.43:5003 are not forwarded to your server's port 5003.

I think I know what the issue is... It's probably not the DLO calls, though. I suspect that the problem is that UPackages are being loaded while ACE replaces the Engine's file manager. I'll see if there's anything I can do about this in v1.0e.

It should be possible to come up with some heuristic to pick these packages up in AutoConfig. Since you've done some AutoConfig hacking already, you might want to try trick I'm using to detect HUDMutators. I suspect you can do the same thing for packages that reference engine.playerpawn.playercalcview and engine.actor.trace.

Aha, now we're getting somewhere! It was indeed sending people to the wrong local interface, but external connections should've been fine. I fixed this in v1.0e and will be uploading the new version some time this week.

Hmm, after further investigation, it seems that each native function (or event) is only referenced by its parameters, the next listed function in Actor.uc, and overridden versions of the function (such as for PostNetBeginPlay, which shows Engine.Actor.HurtRadius [the next listed function in the file] and Engine.Pawn.PostNetBeginPlay [which overrides the function]). If I test HurtRadius, which is the first non-native function after Trace, I get something more sane, but it also shows TravelPreAccept as a referencer.

And then when we get to the end of the file, with Engine.Actor.SetDefaultDisplayProperties, it shows Engine.Actor as a referencer. I assume it's basically a linked list of the functions in the class. Assuming this is the case, then apparently Trace has basically no referencers!

My instinct is that the lack of refs is a side effect of being a native function. Not really sure if there's an alternate way of finding the referencers, I can't find much documentation around (not really surprising though). I did try using class=object and class=none instead in case there was a nativefunction class or similar, but didn't find anything.

(Sorry that I ramble on a bit, just want to show where I'm drawing my conclusions from, I figure it's better than saying "I think the issue is blah" with no evidence)

Thought about it a bit more, the only reason the obj refs check works for HUD mutators is that they override the function you check for, whereas nothing overrides Trace (they can't anyway).

ACE is working quite well, but there is a problem with the file "ACEv10_AutoConfig" It is not detecting any package that I added in the "UPackages [X]", only autoconfigure those that are by default, remembering that in ACEv08h detected Any package that was added to the acceptance list to avoid unknown package errors.

Here is a problem of what is happening despite placing it in the list of ACEv10_AutoConfig to be recognized but gives error.

Are you sure you've added it to the right UPackages section? Make sure it's in the AutoConfig section (which isn't created by default), not the ACE section.

Just a note on this, I have had this issue on other files I have transferred to a linux host. Make sure in fileZilla the Default transfer type is set to Binary or it will corrupt some files.

It is possible that the KICK also has a BAN, ie a "True" to activate in BAN and a "False" to do KICK, in the case of ban seria by means of IP, MAC1, MAC2, HWID that are important data that Takes the ACE would be quite useful and more if you have an ACEBan.INI secluded from the UnrealTournament.ini
