If you have a static IP and that IP doesn't correspond then you'll have no trouble proving that this was someone else. As for multiple IDs, some people have more than one as shows the recent statistics.

When he played against us, his ip was 68.72.9.187.

First map was 1-0 us..
Then a change of servers from theirs (utsecure) to ours (running latest anti tcc)
Second map 16-1 us..

I'm sorry but something is just a bit suspicious there.
