I Believe I'm getting server lag!
I can turn off Statistic's and Tracking??
I'm basically gonna remove the whole thing and try out my server,
Than put it all back in with only the basic's.
Now I'm not sure
Might just be my own Connection!!

If possible, could you provide me with the following information.
Number Of UTAN Bans (Get this from your log file when it says 'Database Updated')
When does the lag occur (During a player join, or random throughout the level)
Also, what is the CPU speed of the server.
From this I should be able to reproduce the lag effects.

I'm being told that my server is giving lag when players join and part the server. Only thing new is UTAN on the box. Everything else has been there for awihle.

I run UTComp (verson 1.3) and UTAN
Try disabling tracking and see if it makes any difference.
