nice work in the process of testing now.
small query , say a cheater is discovered , how would one ban this person via [ace] or is this left to nexgen/hostnameban or some other procedure.

They did great job by making some part of ACE, open source!!
One can access the hardware id hash, and other hashes (+ other info)of the player kicked cheating

There are no plans for a public banning system at this point but the info is there so other mod authors can use it if they want.

ACE is working perfect in TO3.4
Only one problem is the NPloader
It is not installing after downloading
The onlyest way is to put the Client side files manuell in the systemfolder

Very cool to hear! As it's been _experimental_ so far.
And yea, NP loader still has problems auto installing on some linux clients which needs indeed manual download.

Indeed, have you read through NAT.txt and Firewall.txt that came in the package?.
Does he also get these timeout on other ACE servers or just this one?

My server is hosted on gameservers.com, I thought there wouldn't be any issues related to a firewall or a router. Am I right there?
As far as I remember, he didn't timed out on ACE 0.6q servers, dunno about other 0.8 servers, have to ask him.

Has he ever tried playing on Tammys servers or any pickupservers?
Those been running v0.8g for a while now, and not seen many timeouts at all.
(Seen a few from chile tryiong to connect ect, so most likely bad routing )

AnthraX do not know if he understood but when you put the ACE ANTI CHEAT ping the server and the ping of the players up would be a mistake or a bug that? I speak not from the server at the time the anticheat updates and yes all the time!!

I'm implementing a plugin for Nexgen 1.11 to use the hardware GUID provided by ACE. Hopefully it will be ready this week, otherwise it will take a bit more time since I'm leaving for vacation next friday. It will however probably be available within the month.

I see the command to take a shot of a single player: mutate ace sshot <playerid>
Is there a way to take a shot of everyone on the server like in UTDC by just leaving the playerID off?

We've been having the same issue with certain cache files as well (mostly zeroping but others too). I treat these as false since it happened to me aswell and the hash is almost always the same. ACE does tell the client to delete xxx.u file though so most users will follow instructions.
The other option is to have the client convert his cache. I've found that once the cache file is converted the issue disappears.
