ut-server-436.tar.gz

This is the official linux version as released by Epic

436_windows_uaedition.zip

This is a special version made by unrealadmin.org containing many bug fixes and addons.

Default Difference in the versions
I am in the process of downloading the larger server package. I'm not sure what the difference is but I'm sure I'll find out soon enough. Can someone elaborate ahead of time anyway, as to what the difference(s) between the two versions are?

where can i find info on how to install this thing on a 2003 windows server machine?

i did get it done, but had to set up all the folders manually. it runs, but just wanted to see some documentation on the proper way to do it.

The is the Normal 436 Server Edition

The other one is the Unreal Admin Edition 440 Server Edition with Tweaks and Mods and crap like that

The UA version includes the 440 patch benefits, tickfix, utpure etc
It also includes all the correct texture files, not the conformed ones Epic released which causes the skating players bug.
