buggy scope with UTPURERC7C

I just installed UTPURERC7C on our server some days ago and now I notice the following problem:

When you enter the game it happens sometimes that you do have zoom, but no scope.
After getting killed and respawn everything is ok.

I've notice the same prob on other servers that are running URPURERC7C, so it can't be just OUR rifle that is concerned.
Does anyone know a way to fix this?
