Ummm?
My friend, PackinHeat, said everytime he joined my server is gives him a utan message but the ID changes everytime and it doesnt look like a normal UTAN ban.

Try posting a traq request for his GUID. Or PM me with his GUID and a list of ban IDs and I'll have a look in the database.
