Failure to receive global bans

My server fails to download global bans althought the .ini is set to do so:

Heres what I receive in the log:

and:

The two banned keys I receive are local bans I did myself, not global bans. I occasionally get botters on who are globally banned, but of course UTAN doesn't catch them in this condition. Any solutions?

You've got ScanRegion set to 4, it's always best to leave this blank as you receive all bans then.

I haveing the same problem but mine is saying

UTANWebInterface: UTAN Ban Manager: CD Key Database Update: FAILED! Reason: 'Invalid Server Data Received'

had that a while back... Pm'd Limited and he sorted it... Claming it was a bug in Cruicky's coding
