Well the new "no taunt" format seems to of lifted the fear factor of actually asking why a players been banned. Never so many appeals in a week. I still consider this kind of post by Fearless a taunt, a we told you so. - http://www.unrealadmin.org/forums/showthread.php?t=9181
What does that add to some kid asking why he can't play on a server ? Give them a straight answer not a scolding. Kids won't respect that sort of response. Straight truth, let them beg. Don't respond to the begging.

I don't think the new rule has anything to do with the number of ban appeals, only 5 since the new rule went into effect. That's not a lot, considering that bans useally come in waves as the admins check thier logs and load them in the system.
While I like Fearless, I do agree with you. There was nothing in the appeal that said anything about an aimbot, just that his brother "may" have gotten him banned. He could have been talking about an annoyance ban.

Bah, I do stupid things when I'm tired. Yes, you're right in saying that it can be peceived as a taunt. And one clan member has a problem with unrealadmin and people who "act high and mighty" since he was the object a witchhunt a while ago. I think he's right to feel that way to a certain extent so you won't see me posting in the UTAN forums anymore. Keep up the good work.

@fearless : i dont think someone could seriously
think about u insulting or taunting at the ppl
in appeals forums !!thats bs!
about the new reply rule : i personly think
it helps to keep those threads more seriously
and at least the whole system to make sure
only the admins which the appeal belongs to
and the utan-team doing any replys
(i would also count ppl in who are known
to be serious)
but unfortunately it seems some ppl
didnt read those new rules :|
