This server have AnthChecker and ACE.
AnthChecker is a Checker ACE is a Checker.
Not need outdated AnthChecker v1.38 Build10 with ACE.

If you use it.
bPureCheck=True Only if you have UTPure protect
bEUTCheck=True Only if you have EUT protect
bSoundCheck=False For not kik all UT players with fr voices

If you Use newnet it' another pure Checker.

I don't use this. This is from another server, so that's up to the admin there to update to whatever they want. But outdated stuff to answer don't seem to be right answer because if I could play there, then why not the guy?

This means that for some reason the client's file couldn't be verified. Reasons can be unintentional (timeout, Firewalls, bugs) or intentional (cheat blocking the check).

I'm having some trouble setting up AnthChecker v1.38 Build10 on the server with newnet.

So far, it's kicking players with legit build of graphic driver renders (opengl, d3d9, etc.) and when they disabled it and went back to the old graphic that came with UT, AnthChecker is still kicking for TF2.dll so I asked TimTim if the one he got was edited, he said it's the same as the other. & it also kick for udemo.dll which was for Demo Manager... O.o

Has anyone else tried setting up AC with newnet so far? Only 1 person told me that it kicked for TF2. Is there certain way to load AC in the server actor/package if that matter too?

Edit: Obviously I guess it was slightly edited because I had to delete TF2 from my system and download the new one from the server, then it run through. The file size was the same... hmm. But still getting kicks for renders and library.

Awesome to know about hash tag reader program.

The udemo.dll I have is directly from multiplay download as it was posted on the Demo manager v3.3 thread.

The renders I used is from this as well. http://www.cwdohnal.com/utglr/

Ok so the TF2 I had to delete out of my system was this hash:

Demo manager v3.3 is recent so may be not in the AnthChecker check as authorized.

Nah, the v3.4 is uncompiled and un-released but I do remember having v3.3 running and doing just fine on many other server that use anthchecker.
