UnrealEd for UT2003?

Well, kinda. Chris S. sends along word of a legal version of the next incarnation of UnrealEd.

See, those French folks working on the Unreal Warfare-powered XIII game are holding a map design contest, so they've released a version of the new editor for people to map with.
