ut99 back into ut2003/2004 well the main problem was
UTClassic is considered a Arena mutator which
disallows people to use it with instagib and any
other mutator that changes weapons,
With this mutator you will have the ability to
Disallow the ability to Double jump, Wall Dodge, and jump after dodge
with any Arena type mutator.
