set ban active/inactive

It would be nice if it could be possible to set a ban active or inactive.

Till now you can remove a ban but then all data is gone, as far as I know/see. (In case you don't store it on your computer)
So it's a bit hard to find out if you've allready baned a player and removed the ban after a while.
So I think it would be usefull to just disable a ban and if it's necessary to enable it again.


Cause of my bad English here is a German version (I know at least Wormbo will understand this version better ):

Es wäre toll wenn man einen Ban aktive bzw. inaktiv setzen könnte.
Bis jetzt kann man einen Ban ja nur löschen und die ganzen Daten sind dann ja weg soweit ich weiß. (Ausser man speichert sich das auf seinem PC)
So hat man es ein wenig schwer rauszufinden ob man den Spieler nicht bereits einmal gebannt hatte.
Deshalb denke ich wäre es nicht schlecht wenn man einen Ban einfach deaktivieren könnte und falls notwendig wieder aktivieren.

you could always type a dash at the end of the guid or something

Deleted bans are not removed from the database. They are marked as deleted and could easily be restored if you remember the ban id. (I think)

That's a good idea. I was about to request that you be able to display bans you've deleted to see if you have a repeat offender. I generally lift a ban after a while if it was for an annoyance to give them another shot. I currently track them on paper, which is kind of a pain.
