Why does this happens? I have UTDC v1.7c

What other anticheats are you running?

Might be possible that the file was bytehacked? The checks parts where removed from it...?

This happens when a player times out. Firstly appears this event
UTDC: player was disconnected because of a timeout
and after several times appearing this message...

I'm not running any other anticheats, I disabled TOSTProtect when I installed UTDC

Ah... be sure you mention that you are playing TO and not UT. Things are very different between the two.
